We are proud to annoounce that CCTP has done everything possible to keep our costs low.  So many folks are volunteering their skills which has cut our costs by 1/3.  But, there are certain items we need to pay for that is required by the city cost us the majority of the budget.  We still need $2750 to cover some of the following expenses:

Sound system for large outdoor event - $500
Event Insurance - $585  (lowest of several bids)
  Police officers - $740
  EMTs - $320
  Generators - $360
  Signs/Banners - $400
  port a potties - $350
  Trash - $170
  Tables/chair rental - $425
  Stage Materials - $280
  Children's Activities - $275
   And more.....

We cut our costs by more than $2000 by not renting the professional tents.  But we need your help!  Can you either donate or let us borrow a 10' x 10' pop up, self standing tent?  You see them at picnics or ball games.  They can be purchased at Walmart for $88.  There is also a scale down version (9' x 9') for $58.  Either one would help!  11 have been committed - we need 14 more.  You or your neighbor may have one in the garage!  Just let us know
